I cannot recommend Margot Weatherford highly enough.. I have been involved with numerous sales of homes that I owned and Margot was by far my best experience with a realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about every phase of the process, from knowing the local market to listing to understanding when to adjust the price to negotiating with the buyer. She was always available to me and responded quickly with all requests. She is honest, professional and kind. You could not ask for more in a realtor.

If you are shopping for property in the Georgia Area ( She covers other states, too), I'd suggest giving her a try. My experience was great. I am extremely picky and therefore this was my biggest letdown - myself. She put up with me. I was mostly impressed with her ability to multi-task during the purchase process in that we did everything via internet. She's the real deal. Give her a try. I am - we are looking for more land. Margot was a godsend and i wouldn’t have been able to do it without her help. I had to relocate but was unable to come see listings in person as well as it was my very first time buying a home. She was so knowledgeable and patient and we got everything figured out. We had to work with a difficult listing agent and she handled it very professionally and was there to make it as easy as possible for me. I will always be grateful.
