New real estate office opens at Northgate Station
There is another new business in the Northgate Station outside Big Canoe.
An eXp Realty office had its grand opening May 1, 2024, with a nice crowd that enjoyed appetizers, drinks, a $200 Lucky Hare gift card & giveaways. Owner/broker Margot Weatherford introduced her team, and office partners: closing attorney Justin Pacific, who will be conducting closings in the Northgate Station office, and Amber Ray, Mortgage Loan Officer.
It will be Pacific law Group’s tenth closing office, according to Weatherford. “eXp Realty is an international technology-based brokerage with 80,000 agents worldwide,” Weatherford said.

Weatherford’s real estate team, Sea to Summit Property Group, serves Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and the Caribbean. “Expect lower agent commissions compared to local standards, with some seeing reductions up to half compared to other brokers serving Big Canoe” Weatherford said.
