Welcome Kim Lane in Wilmington, NC!

"Coastal Carolina has always been a second home for me.  Growing up in the Raleigh/Garner area, my family always had a “getaway place” on the coast of North Carolina.  I can definitely say that I have a passion for warm weather, salt water, Faith and family.   

Fueled by a desire for helping others, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a real estate agent a few years ago.  I love assisting others in achieving their goals of becoming home owners and finding their perfect home.  It gives me no greater joy than to see a first time home buyer walk into their new home and know it was the right decision!   

My husband and I have lived all over the state of North Carolina, including Raleigh, Garner, Charlotte, Asheville and Morganton.  I can happily say we now live in Wilmington and it is our forever home.  We absolutely love it here.  Being a real estate agent allows us to spend time on the beach with our Jeep Wrangler and our two precious grandchildren, Charley and Reid!"
